if nothing else is provided by email.

Then You have to pay a contract fee (approx. 100 - 400€) over PAYPAL, where
You need an account.  You receive  a document afterwards in paper form, that
garants You and Your Company the 'broadcasting permission' with possible
supporting programme exhibits.  
The document decribes the permission for the performance with Your society.

Unauthorisierte performances depending on context are around 100-fold 
more expensive, and have juridical consequnces.
